All perfect, it has zipper and a q closure I don't know if it will be to use it for lumbar support too. The q part goes face to floor has a non-slip surface

I'm good.
Works as I expect it to. Material actually feels quite nice. The one I ordered has a strap with a buckle going down the length of the flat side, don't think that's pictured anywhere.
The pillow is good, comfortable, without defects.
